When will I receive my order?

 

After successfully submitting your request, our customer service team will conduct a verification process and inform you as soon as possible via phone or text message. After successful verification (time frame: within 24 - 72 hours after the requested date), you can expect to receive your order within the specified time frame indicated for each product on the product details page.

 Return and Refund Policy:
 

  1. Products or defective items with quality issues are not entitled to return the product, but only repair and replacement. However, if it still does not meet your expectations afterward, you are entitled to a full refund.
  2. If you want to cancel as you changed your mind without trying the repair or replacement, you will incur shipping fees and 50% of the initial payment.
  3. Any defective item must be reported within 48 hours after receipt. If not, it means that the product was in good condition and met the specifications. Any report after the allowed period will be treated as a warranty case, not a defective item.
  4. After 48 hours of order confirmation, the deposit is non-refundable if you wish to cancel before receipt.
  5. Customers cannot keep the money for the order, either you receive and pay the full amount and then contact customer service in any situation or you refuse to receive the product.
  6. For any requests or inquiries please get back to us. Sigal must be informed immediately of any contract or agreement made between the customer and the manufacturing company by the next day at the latest during working hours, otherwise, it is not responsible in any way for this transaction or agreement.
  7. In case of incorrect delivery of the order (not the order you requested), the customer is entitled to a full refund without any costs including shipping or replacement fees.

What happens once we receive the returned items?

  • The quality check is processed based on the reason for the return that was sent to our customer service team. If you wish for any reason to check a different part/function of the returned item than what was communicated to you during your interaction with the customer service team; the return cycle time will be renewed. (6-10 business days).
  • If your product meets the above conditions, return requests can be sent by contacting our customer service team or emailing us or by messaging our product team through our shipping partner.
  • The product(s) being returned without contacting our customer service team will be sent back to you once your address is identified in our records.
  • If the returned product does not meet the above conditions, it will be rejected and shipped back to you. If the delivery fails (returning to you) due to unavailability or is rejected by you, it will be stored in our facility for 3 months, after which you cannot claim it.
After conducting a quality check on the returned product (6-10 business days required), you will be able to proceed with one of the options:

  • Exchange your product for another product sold
  • Refund of the paid price through one of the refund methods below:
  • Coupon value refund, sent to your email for use in the next purchase
  • Credit card refund (if the order was initially paid for using a credit card)
  • Postal transfers. (For residents outside Cairo/Giza only) (5-7 business days required)
  • (Cash refund. (For residents of Cairo/Giza only) (5-7 business days required.
  • In case you are unable to receive it yourself, please provide a copy of the personal identification - for the person who will receive it on your behalf - to our customer service team. This person will need to sign the proof of delivery to confirm the refund to you.
