Can order details be changed after completion?

To make any changes to your order after it has been completed, we will cancel the current order and create a new order with the requested changes within 4 days from the date of placing the order.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you just need to contact us within 4 days from the date of placing the order, through:

In the case that the order is paid in advance, your deposit will be refunded through the original payment method.

If the order is canceled after 4 days, the deposit paid in advance may be deducted to compensate for the damage caused by starting the manufacturing of the product.

Some products may have a different type and shape of accessory included than what is shown on the website, depending on availability in the Egyptian market; this does not affect its quality or its suitability for use.

The product is inspected by the customer before the delivery representative leaves; accepting the product is considered an implicit acknowledgment of approval and that it is free from any technical defects that would prevent its intended use.

Will I be charged a fee when making a return, or will I receive a full refund?

We strive to deliver the best possible quality to your home, which is why manufacturers produce your product on demand. The product you receive is specially designed to meet your needs and can only be returned in case of damage or if it does not meet the required specifications.

If you request to return your product due to damage or content mismatch, you will receive a full refund for your order.
In the case of returning a product without manufacturing defects, the customer bears 15% of the product price in addition to the actual shipping cost of the product.

Return conditions for products:

We encourage you to inspect the product upon delivery and refuse to accept it if there is any damage or discrepancy with your order.
You can return your product if it is found to be defective within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and has not been used.
In case of any damage due to shipping, please contact us through the official communication channels mentioned earlier within 24 hours of delivery to report it. Please take at least 3 pictures of the damage and send them with the return request.

If you change your mind, you can return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery only if the product accessories are complete, in the original packaging, and the product is in its original condition. (Does not apply to custom-made furniture and decor products).

You can report missing parts / defective products received within 48 hours of the delivery date, specifying the nature of the damage / defect / shortage.

Products can only be returned if they have been installed by a technician (self-installation products are excluded. For example: shelves, bathroom storage units, etc.).

Failure to apply any of the above points will be considered as your acceptance of the product(s) / or may result in the rejection of your return request.

Sigal has the right to cancel the order during the preparation period without giving reasons, according to the necessary procedures that led to the cancellation of a customer's order, which is the last resort that can be resorted to by Sigal.

We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content from it. Although we will always strive to accept all orders, exceptional circumstances may arise that force us to refuse to accept an order after sending the order confirmation. We reserve the right to do so at any time.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for removing any product from this website, or for removing or modifying any material or content from the website or for not accepting an order after sending the order confirmation.

Steps to return products:

If you believe that at the time of delivery the product was not as stated in the contract and there are total defects that prevent its use, you must contact us immediately through our communication channels or chat with us directly via the feature on our website and provide details of the product and the damages incurred.

In the case of minor defects that do not hinder the use of the product for its intended purpose, we will bear the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged part within an acceptable period.

You must return the product or deliver it to the shipping company we send to your home.

We will carefully inspect the returned product and notify you via email within a reasonable period, which may last up to 7 business days from the date of return, whether the product can be exchanged or if you are entitled to a refund (as applicable). The refund or exchange of the item will be processed as quickly as possible (may take 7 - 10 business days) after the date we send you the email confirming that the refund or exchange is proceeding.

If a defect or damage is confirmed that prevents the product from being used for its intended purpose in the returned products, we will provide you with a full refund including the fees you paid for delivery and return. The amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

In the case of returning a product paid for in advance via Visa (if there is no defect in the product) or canceling the order, the customer bears 3% of the administrative fees.
In the case of returning a product paid for via Valu (if there is no defect in the product) or canceling the order, the customer bears 5% of the administrative fees.
